Program description

WoodGreen’s PATH Program supports youth who are involved with the justice system by helping them build the skills, awareness, and support networks needed to strengthen their life path and reduce the risk of reoffending. Services include group and individual sessions delivered at our 95 Wellesley Street East location, probation offices throughout Toronto, and in community settings. Flexible hours accommodate client needs.

Programming options include SNAP-Youth Justice (Stop Now and Plan) for males, Life PATH, Girls PATH, Music PATH, and supportive non-clinical counselling. The length and frequency of service vary based on individual needs, and youth are welcome to reconnect with the program if they face challenges or crisis later.

Referrals typically come from youth court services or probation offices.

This program was previously run by Turning Point Youth Services, which has now integrated with WoodGreen. Click here to learn more.
