Turning Point Youth Services and WoodGreen have integrated
Working together to meet the needs of youth in Toronto
WoodGreen Community Services and Turning Point Youth Services have officially integrated. This development brings together two trusted organizations with decades of experience supporting vulnerable youth across East Toronto.
By uniting under one organization, WoodGreen Community Services is building a stronger, more coordinated network of support for young people aged 12 to 24. The integration allows us to offer a broader range of services, streamline referrals, and create a more seamless experience for youth and families navigating complex challenges.
From mental health and housing to employment and youth justice supports, WoodGreen now provides a more robust continuum of care, all under one umbrella. Together, we are better positioned to ensure youth needs are being MET: through Mental health, Employment, and Transitional supports.
The integration enables WoodGreen to respond more effectively to the growing and complex needs of youth in Toronto. It also allows for a more holistic approach to service delivery that improves outcomes for young people and their families.
