Program description

The Keeping Families Together program supports youth ages 12 to 16 who are experiencing serious conflict at home, have mental health concerns, and are at immediate risk of being placed in child protection care. The program aims to prevent out-of-home placement or support a youth’s return home.

KFT provides short-term, intensive in-home support to help strengthen family relationships, resolve conflict, and address underlying issues. Counsellors work closely with youth and their families to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create strategies for moving forward together. Families are also connected to community resources, as needed.

This program was previously run by Turning Point Youth Services, which has now integrated with WoodGreen. Click here to learn more.
