Settlement Integration and the Path to Well-being - Newcomer Wellbeing Model
Access to supports has a large impact on the overall well-being of newcomers. This report examines how integration and coordination of services can significantly reduce stress for newcomers and promote better overall well-being.
This report looks at the Homeward Bound program and hears directly from the mothers and the children about how they feel they are impacted, lifts the understanding and awareness of the program’s impact on the children, and incorporates monitoring and evaluation processes of the children into the program’s impact measurement activities to comprehend the deeper, longer, and inter-generational affects the program.
