Community Connections
Administrative Volunteer
The Community Connections Mentorship Program supports individuals, particularly newcomers and internationally educated professionals, in navigating employment pathways, building social and professional networks, and integrating into the Canadian workforce.
In this position as an Office Administrative Student, you will help the housing department staff in communication management admin work of supporting seniors, newcomers, youth, and people with disabilities or those who have experienced homelessness.
The Client Experience Surveyor Volunteer supports WoodGreen’s quality improvement and client engagement by coordinating client feedback collection across Community Care services using the OPOC-MHA survey tool.
Involves Assisting clients by offering information about the organization's programs, answering client-based questions, and tackling administrative tasks.
3-month minimum commitment | 10 to 15 hours weekly
This program offers free childcare for parents attending on-site language classes. Children aged 19 months to school age are eligible, and parents must remain in class during childcare hours. Activities are designed to support children’s literacy and communication development.
3-month commitment | 2.5 hours a week | 2 minimum shifts per week
Volunteer with the Events and Outreach Program, assisting with event coordination, set-up, registration, participant support, and social media tasks. This role requires the ability to multitask, problem-solve, contribute creative solutions, and track progress in a fast-paced environment.
This Position will work with the program manager to provide support to the teams with scheduling, note-taking, file organization and other admin-related tasks within the program.
Offer client support across multiple programs by assisting with form completion, intake process, CRM updates and appointment reminders, to ensure accessible and efficient service delivery
