Building description
2353 Dufferin St – Lewis Garnsworthy Residence offers a mix of affordable market and Rent-Geared-to-Income units for seniors 59+. This building is part of St. Hilda’s Seniors Community, a multi-faith, not-for-profit senior residence managed by WoodGreen, and provides independent living and support services.
Important: All applications for Rent-Geared-to-Income must be completed through the City of Toronto’s centralized waiting list.
Accessibility: Accessible building with elevator and modified units.

A transitional housing program for men 55+ with a history of being unhoused and mental health or addiction issues. We provide safe housing and wrap-around supports to help clients build new skills and rebuild a sense of community.

2 Laxton Ave. is a mid-rise apartment building with 52 units. There are 22 studio and 30 one-bedroom units. New units will be administered through the COHB Program and community referrals.

The Bathurst St. site offers seven bachelor and 11 one-bedroom units for individuals who have experienced periods of being unhoused and are recovering from mental health challenges.

Cedarvale Ave. offers 59 units to seniors experiencing poverty and who have been precariously housed or unhoused.

The Coxwell Ave. site offers 2 two-bedroom units and 11 one-bedroom units for individuals who have experienced being unhoused and who are recovering from mental health challenges.

The Mutual St. site offers seven bachelor and 13 one-bedroom units for individuals who have have been unhoused and who are recovering from mental health challenges.

Operated in partnership with Fife House, Wellesley Central Residences has 112 mixed units and offers supportive housing for Fife House clients living with HIV/AIDS and seniors receiving WoodGreen assisted living services. It also hosts an 11-unit transitional housing program for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and who are working toward permanent housing.
These programs offer individual, clinical supports to people aged 55 and older living with mental health and/or substance use issues, cognitive issues (i.e. dementia), frailty, and other psychogeriatric conditions related to the aging process. 
Our team delivers hot and frozen meals to seniors and adults living with disabilities. We also provide at-home security and wellness checks and help with accessing local services.

On-call crisis intervention and outreach for older adults (65+) with dementia, addictions or mental illness. Our response team is available daily from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

We offer supervised group activities for dependent adults living with Alzheimer’s, disabilities or frailty. On-site support services include leisure activities, meals and personal care.
