Step 1: Register your application/interview
Individuals interested in applying for this WoodGreen Supportive Housing location must go through our referral partners: Access Point, Canadian Hearing Service (CHS), and Fred Victor, following their respective application processes and waitlists.

Step 2: Call for available spots
Once spots are available for this location, our team will notify our referral partners.

Step 3: Review applications
Applications will be reviewed for key requirements by the Housing and Supports Departments, which will assess suitability based on the referral. Applicants meeting the criteria will be invited to a viewing and interview.

Step 4: Interview & Decision
Applicant and their referring worker will be invited to participate in the interview process if they have shown interest in the unit offered. Both Housing and Supports will assess the applicants needs and suitability. If the applicant is a good fit, WoodGreen will officially send an offer to the applicant.

Step 5: Lease Signing & Intake
Once the applicant receives a written offer, the housing team will schedule the lease signing. The support team will usually conduct its intake assessment during this time. The applicant will receive an Expectation Agreement with the building activities, rules, and how to access services provided within the program.
