Lewis St. offers a total of 15 bachelor units at Rent-Geared-to-Income and Market Rent. This supportive housing building provides permanent housing for individuals aged 18 and older who have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, and/or addictions. Tenants are expected to live independently while receiving a moderate level of support to sustain their housing stability.
On-site personal support: Housing workers on-site. Community support workers visit clients weekly and for crisis intervention.
Support services include:
- Connecting residents to trusted local agencies for additional support, such as health care, housing help, legal aid, or employment services
- Immediate crisis support for mental health issues, violence, or personal emergencies
- Assistance with clutter and pest control to help keep your home safe and comfortable
- Regular gatherings where residents can share concerns, receive updates, and help shape the community
- Quick check-ins by phone or in person to ensure residents are safe and supported
