444 Logan Ave., Ray McCleary Towers, offers 167 independent bachelor and one-bedroom apartments for seniors 59+, available at affordable market rent (80% of Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation value).

 

Important: All Rent-Geared-to-Income applications must be completed through the City of Toronto’s centralized waiting list.

 

On-site personal support: A full-time housing worker provides tenancy support, and residents can access on-site Seniors Active Living Centre programs.

 

Accessibility: Accessible building with elevator and modified units.

  • Regular gatherings where residents can share concerns, receive updates, and help shape the community
  • Connecting residents to trusted local agencies for health care, housing help, legal aid, or employment
  • Support with rent or housing challenges, including referrals, advice, and financial assistance

Application process

Step 1: Gather Your Documents

You will need the following documents to complete your application: Proof of Canadian Status, your most recent Notice of Assessment, and Proof of Income. Note- Proof of Canadian Status can include:

  • Canadian Birth Certificate
  • Canadian Passport
  • Canadian Citizenship Certificate or Card, Permanent Resident Card
  • Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) or Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Refugee Protection Claimant Document.

 

Step 2: Sign up for our Affordable Housing Waiting List using the link below.

 

Step 3: Complete the Application

Follow the prompts, answer all questions, and upload your documents as needed. The process should take about 10 minutes to complete.
