On-site personal support: Residents benefit from full-time housing worker support for tenancy matters and community program participation.

 

Accessibility: Accessible building with elevator and modified units.

Application process

Step 1: Gather Your Documents
You will need the following documents to complete your application: Proof of Canadian Status, your most recent Notice of Assessment, and Proof of Income. Note- Proof of Canadian Status can include:

  • Canadian Birth Certificate
  • Canadian Passport
  • Canadian Citizenship Certificate or Card, Permanent Resident Card
  • Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) or Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Refugee Protection Claimant Document.

 

Step 2: Create an Account
Use your email to log in and create an account. Please note, if you already have a City of Toronto centralized waiting list application, you can use the same login details.

 

Step 3: Complete the Application
Follow the prompts, answer all questions, and upload your documents. The process should take about 10 minutes to complete.
