The Walk-In Counselling (WIC) program operates on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m.  The service offers free, same-day access to high-quality mental health support both in person and virtually.  The service is open to everyone- no appointment necessary, and no restrictions based on age or address. Each session is approached as a distinct therapeutic encounter, though clients can return for subsequent sessions. The approach is competency-based and informed by Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
