Program description

841 Queen St. E. offers a total of 36 mixed bachelor and one-bedroom units for single occupants. This site is 100 per cent Rent-Geared-to-Income. Residents have access to a housing worker for tenancy supports and community programs. WoodGreen’s Community Care Unit provides additional social work support.

Applications must be accompanied by proof of status in Canada (i.e., birth certificate, Canadian passport, Permanent Resident card, Refugee Claimant form).
