Program description

1076 Bathurst St. offers a total of seven bachelor and 11 one-bedroom units with Rent-Geared-to-Income and Market Rent. This site is for individuals who have experienced homelessness and are recovering from mental health challenges. Our model of service is client-centred recovery. Tenants must be able to live independently with a low to medium level of support.

Support services include:

 

  • Case management and referrals
  • Trauma counselling and spiritual care
  • Crisis intervention
  • Conflict resolution
  • Registered dietician
  • Hoarding specialist
  • Tenant meetings and community programs
