The Lead Generation Student will support WoodGreen’s Corporate Engagement and Workforce Solutions team by identifying and engaging employers with hiring and workforce development needs. This placement provides hands-on experience in business development, employer engagement, market research, CRM systems, and AI-powered outreach technologies.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach to employers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
• Generate and qualify employer leads and gather labour market intelligence.
• Schedule meetings between prospective employers and the Corporate Engagement team.
• Support multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach tracking.
• Assist with market research, employer intelligence gathering, and reporting activities.
• Learn and utilize AI-powered business development and sales technologies.
You Must Be
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Business, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Completion of at least one year of post-secondary studies preferred.
• Interest in employer engagement, business development, workforce development, or sales.

Shift Hours
• Hybrid placement.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Approximately 15–35 hours per week depending on academic requirements.\
Commitment
• Minimum placement requirement of 240 hours.
• Placement duration may range from 2–6 months depending on program requirements.
