WoodGreen awarded $1 million TD Ready Challenge grant for affordable housing solution

Thanks to a generous $1 million grant from TD Ready Challenge, WoodGreen will set up an Affordable Housing Equity Jenga-Fund. This fund will provide start-up bridge financing to non-profits to lead and work with the public and private sectors to develop a new generation of much-needed affordable housing.
