Informational videos for caregivers

It can be difficult as a caregiver to know where to find support for you and your care recipient.

WoodGreen Community Services, in collaboration with the East Toronto Health Partners, has created this series of free video guides for caregivers (below) caring for older adults to help answer any frequently asked questions. The videos, created in consultation with experienced caregivers, also share resources that are available for caregivers and their care recipients in East Toronto.
