The Monitoring & Evaluation Support Student will support the Volunteer & Student Services department in tracking, organizing, and analyzing program information to support reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This placement offers hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, reporting, volunteer engagement metrics, and nonprofit administration.
Responsibilities
• Support data collection, data entry, and data tracking activities.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting templates, and departmental records.
• Review volunteer and student records to identify missing information and improve data accuracy.
• Assist with organizing survey results, attendance records, and participant feedback.
• Support the preparation of reports, summaries, presentations, and internal planning materials.
• Assist in maintaining SharePoint resources, templates, and departmental documentation.
You Must Be
• Currently enrolled in a diploma, certificate, undergraduate, or graduate program related to Social Services, Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Project Management, Data Analytics, Research, or a related field.
• Eligible to complete a placement requirement of approximately 500 hours.

Shift Hours
• Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
• Approximately 21–35 hours per week.
• Hybrid placement model.
Commitment
• Approximately 500 placement hours.
• September 2026 to April 2027.
