Working alongside the Housing Coordinator team with the primary goal of helping street-involved people and/or those with low income find and maintain appropriate housing within an eviction prevention model. This work aligns with WoodGreen’s commitment to community development, anti-discrimination, and harm reduction.

• End date: 28/08/2026

Responsibilities:

• Support Housing Coordinators
• Assist clients seeking housing
• Help maintain client records
• Participate in eviction prevention work; uphold harm reduction and anti-discrimination principles

You must be:

Currently enrolled in a Social Service Worker Post Secondary Program and requiring placement hours.

• Discretion with confidential information

Location:

• 43 Pape Avenue, and 444 Logan, Toronto, ON

Shift hours:

• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Commitment:

• 21 hours per week, minimum 200 hours total

Number of openings:

• 4-6 students required

• On-site training and support by the program.
