Working alongside the Housing Coordinator team with the primary goal of helping street-involved people and/or those with low income find and maintain appropriate housing within an eviction prevention model. This work aligns with WoodGreen’s commitment to community development, anti-discrimination, and harm reduction.

Responsibilities:
- Support Housing Coordinators
- Assist clients seeking housing
- Help maintain client records
- Participate in eviction prevention work; uphold harm reduction and anti-discrimination principles
You must be:
Currently enrolled in a Social Service Worker Post Secondary Program and requiring placement hours.

- Good verbal and written skills
- Sensitivity toward the population served
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Discretion with confidential information
Location:
- 43 Pape Avenue, and 444 Logan, Toronto, ON
Shift hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Commitment:
- 21 hours per week, minimum 200 hours total
Number of openings:
- 4-6 students required
