About the Job

Restoration Aid is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee restoration projects and ensure their successful completion. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for
coordinating activities on job sites, managing resources, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to the restoration team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
 
As a Project Supervisor at Restoration Aid, you will:
 
● Load vehicles with supplies and equipment, drive to job sites and set up equipment as
required.
● Respond to emergency calls with a 1-2 hour response time and provide on-call support as
needed.
● Perform various restoration tasks such as water extraction, drywall cutting, flooring
removal, debris removal, and setting up containment.
● Act as a contact person and representative of Restoration Aid on job sites, ensuring
compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
● Take detailed daily notes, complete necessary forms, and provide daily communication to
the Project Manager regarding job status, work completed, and any issues or concerns.
● Supervise the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment, and ensure
proper storage of equipment and supplies.
● Ensure company vehicles are in operational order, clean, and adequately stocked with
necessary equipment and supplies for emergency response.
● Conduct site walk-throughs to determine the scope of work and stick to the plan.
● Manage inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE) and supplies, and request
re-orders as needed.
● Complete daily truck and forklift inspection reports, and submit previous inspection
reports to the Fleet Manager daily.
 
Qualifications:

In addition to the requirements mentioned above, ideal candidates will possess:

● Legal authorization to work in Canada.
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to respond to emergency calls with a 1-2 hour response time and provide on-call
support as needed.
● Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Experience in restoration or related fields.
Schedule:
● Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
● On-call rotation (approximately once a month).
● Flexibility is required for extended hours during emergencies, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the opportunity for bonus pay and overtime
compensation.
