Role Responsibilities:

• Provide network support in all areas of the corporate office, restaurant, data center, and cloud network environments including: VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and supporting existing voice, and contact center systems including: CUCM, Cisco Unity, and RingCentral
• Manage, create, and update Meraki security, wireless, and switch templates for RFCs, troubleshooting, and new infrastructure requirements
• Manage wireless network infrastructures and make recommendations on systems enhancements for optimization at restaurant level
• Complete and analyze wireless site surveys and participate in wireless network design where applicable
• Respond to LAN/WAN/Internet service outages with timely corrective actions as required and take overall
