About the position

This position is open to start in Fall 2025-Winter 2026, and interviews will be conducted between August 4th and August 22 2025.

 

Responsabilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct daily personalized outreach to prospective employers via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, video tools, and event participation. Utilize sector-based triggers and account tiering to manage outreach effectively.
  • Lead Qualification & Discovery: Engage in discovery calls to assess hiring needs, qualify leads based on target profiles, and support strategic follow-up through tracking objections, lead intent, and program fit.
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), log all outreach activities, and report on key metrics such as meetings booked, responses, and sales-qualified leads.
  • Tech & Tools Utilization: Leverage modern sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Clay, Loom, etc.) for prospecting, follow-ups, database building, and enhancing personalization and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with Campaign Managers, Account Executives, and Job Developers to align outreach strategies, share lead insights, refine messaging, and ensure smooth handoff and continuity.

 

You must be

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree major in Sales / Marketing, or a related discipline

  • Strong communication (written & verbal for outreach and calls)
  • Sales mindset with persistence and comfort in cold outreach
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and platforms like LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, or Loom
  • Organized & analytical, able to track leads, objections, and key metrics
  • Collaborative, works well with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive & adaptable, takes initiative and learns fast in a dynamic setting
