Our Housing Services team has gathered resources to support you on your housing journey—whether you’re searching for affordable housing, understanding eligibility requirements, preparing rental applications, or learning about local housing programs.

Resources List

  • ID Replacement Clinic

    Offered in partnership with Neighbourhood Link, this program helps people obtain basic identification to access health care, sources of income such as pensions, and other services.

     

    Eligibility: Individuals who have lost their ID

     

    Delivery: By phone and appointment only

    • Housing Help Centres (The Housing Help Centres are non-profit agencies that help people find and keep housing and avoid eviction. Housing help services are available in most shelters and many drop-ins as well.)
