CARES Volunteer Recognition Event
On November 21, we recognized the incredible efforts of our CARES Project volunteers at “Hands That Help, Hearts That CARES.” Volunteers, seniors and counselors joined together to celebrate compassion and the transformative impact of community.
The Annual Holiday Event 2024
In December 2024, we held a holiday event for our volunteers. With good food, music and poetry, and a live magic performance, the evening was full of laughter, connection, and appreciation—a joyful start to the holiday season.
Student Networking Event
On February 12, we invited our placement students to a networking event organized by Student and Volunteer Services. Students toured key departments, connected over activities and dinner, and engaged in meaningful experiences to support career growth.

On March 25, we hosted our annual Volunteer Recognition Event at the 519 Community Centre. Volunteers and guest speakers shared stories and gratitude to celebrate the dedication, service, achievements, and impact of those at the heart of WoodGreen.
