Essential Functions:

· Ensure proper ingredients and spice are available for the production recipe

· Follow recipe for adding ingredients

· Responsible for following proper stages during mixing process

· Responsible for delivering the finished batch to the production Line.

· After empting the mixing bowl remove it and take it to washing room

· All other duties as may be assigned from time to time

· Must be available to work on rotational shifts and the occasional weekends.

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 1 – 3 years of experience as a mixer (preferably in manufacturing)

· Good command of English – written and verbal

· Able to read and understand measurements, follow directions – verbal & written in English

· Is a demonstrated team player and can also work independently

· Able to follow GM and HACCP instructions
