About the position

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client file management
  • Assist with screening clients
  • Assist with client follow ups
  • Assist with marketing and outreach
  • Assist with workshop and facilitation admin support
  • Assist with other admin tasks as needed

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Current College or University Student.
  • Demonstrated administrative or customer relations skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite, comfortable using online platforms and with conducting internet research.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

 

 

Shift hours:

  • 12-14 hours a week. Minimum 200 hours – 300 hours total. Flexible to work with what the program would require

 

Commitment:

  • 3-month minimum commitment

 

 

Location:

  • Unit 1C – 219 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON M6K 3J1

 

 

Training:

  • The Volunteer Services provides orientation training and other career development opportunities
