Responsibilities:
- Assist with client file management
- Assist with screening clients
- Assist with client follow ups
- Assist with marketing and outreach
- Assist with workshop and facilitation admin support
- Assist with other admin tasks as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
- Current College or University Student.
- Demonstrated administrative or customer relations skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite, comfortable using online platforms and with conducting internet research.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Shift hours:
- 12-14 hours a week. Minimum 200 hours – 300 hours total. Flexible to work with what the program would require
Commitment:
- 3-month minimum commitment
