The Payroll Support Placement Student will support the Payroll team with document management, filing, records organization, and payroll administration activities. This placement provides hands-on experience in payroll operations, records management, confidentiality practices, and administrative processes within a non-profit organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the printing, organization, and filing of payroll documents.
- Maintain and organize payroll archives and records.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll operations.
- Follow established procedures for document management and records retention.
- Support the Payroll team with additional administrative duties as assigned.
You Must Be
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program or seeking practical administrative experience.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Shift Hours

Commitment
