Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development of the Communication and Marketing Strategy
- Support in organizing social media campaigns for the department through Volunteer Services social media outlets and digital platforms
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns and other social media communications, Volunteer Services quarterly newsletter and promotional materials (graphics, flyers, posters, etc.).
- Assist in generating monthly reports on marketing statistics and trends
- Assist in maintaining Volunteer Services content calendar of events, workshops, stories and other occasions
What You Bring to the Team:
- Diploma in Marketing Management, Digital Engagement, Advertising or any other related field
- Experience in customer service or direct delivery of services
- Strong administrative skills and ability to use of MS office applications
- Experience in using web browsers and social media platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, …etc.)
- Good Graphic designing skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and solve problems
- Enjoy working with diverse cultural groups
Shift hours:
- 20 hours a week
- Shifts are usually from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Commitment:
- 3-month minimum commitment
