Gain hands-on experience in client intake and administrative tasks. In this position, you will assist the program team with client intake, support service delivery, and track completed tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support program delivery through intake assistance
- Note taking
- Complete program specific data entry tasks including CRM updates
- Tracking systems and completed tasks
- seek clarification from team staff or volunteer lead as needed

What You Bring to the Team:
- Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office

- Comfort interacting with high risk, marginalized, and vulnerable individuals
- Speaking additional languages is a big asset
Shift hours and Commitment:
- 10-15 Hours weekly
- 3-month commitment

Training:
- Specific training related to the position will be provided in addition to a comprehensive orientation about WoodGreen services, programs, mission and vision.
