WoodGreen’s Employment Centres offer free workshops, one-on-one coaching, and computer drop-in centres to those seeking employment.

Services include:

  • Employment focused workshops – Resume Writing; Cover Letters; Interview Skills; Researching Companies, Job Retention and much more
  • Onsite services such as resume critiquing, mock interviews and current job postings targeting specific employment sectors, such as the Arts, office work and other areas of employment
  • Networking opportunities through conversation groups and guest speaks that are subject matter experts
  • A wide range of print resources and videos focused on securing employment and/or retaining work or starting a small business
  • Free access to technology including, computers with internet, faxing, photocopying, printing and telephones
  • Updated Labour Market Information – and community referrals
  • Computer workshops to upgrade individuals skills and knowledge – along with self-assessment tools
