Program description

Our housing workers provide a broad range of supports designed specifically for former residents of Tent City. We assist with housing searches, negotiating with prospective landlords, advocacy regarding income support and landlord/tenant issues, and moving and storage of belongings. We also provide referrals to community and medical services, and life skills training.

Long-term case management is a key part of this program. Our housing workers provide clients with regular follow up to ensure stabilization, reduce isolation, promote community connectedness and strengthen landlord/tenant relationships.
