Program description

We provide one-on-one employment counselling, job development/matching and professional development opportunities for eligible job seekers looking to upgrade their skills and work toward long-term career goals. We also support with resume building, cover letter writing and interview preparation, access to computers and photocopiers, and job matching and placement strategies for individuals looking for employment or training.


Annual program impacts

  • 4,000 people assisted with job searches
  • 1,800 individuals benefit from employment counselling and job placement services
  • 70% of clients find employment and 12% start retraining
