Program description

Customer Service Gateway is a three-week training program designed to prepare unemployed, underemployed and laid-off workers for in-demand jobs in customer service. Clients will be equipped with digital skills, applied skills needed for call centre work, soft/interpersonal skills and best practices for working remotely. The program also offers employment counselling and job matching to connect participants with customer service roles in banking, insurance, fundraising or digital marketing.
